Mount Yonah Trail (New Hike for 2024)


We invite you to participate in a little non-car related fun while you are at AVF. There is a nice well established hiking trail that goes from to the top of Mount Yonah.


THE CHALLENGE.

On Thursday, Friday or Saturday before 2:00pm, complete the 4.1mile hike. There is a banner at the TOP of the climb from AVF. Take a selfie of yourself in front of the banner and bring that selfie to us at the show on Saturday. We will reward you with some swag from the sponsors of the hiking challenge, Corr Motorsports.


TIPS:


GPS: Make sure to search for Mount Yonah.  Going north on hwy 75 out of Cleveland GA towards Helen GA turn right at 2nd intersection of Tom Bell Road.  Western Sizzlin is on the corner. (Tom Bell Road forms a loop with Hwy 75).  Turn left onto Chambers Road.  Turn left at the yellow and brown Mount Yonah Trailhead sign.  Follow gravel road to parking lot.


Bring water, sunscreen, bug repellent, good shoes. Tell someone where you have gone beforehand.
